Do I need a new credits account or a refilling?· New Account:
If you do NOT have a credits/logs account for SETOOL 3 Box (username and password), you need a new account. So simply place your order and choose the "New Account" option.
Also choose "New Account" if you have an account with 0 credits balance, because the accounts that remain at 0 credits left are automatically deleted from the server and can NOT be recharged.· Refill existing account:
If you already have a username and password with 1 or more credits balance and want to charge and add credits to your current balance, then choose "Refill my existing account". Thus, if you have an username with 3 credits balance and buy a recharge of 30 credits, will be a total of 33 credits in your account balance.
Please, if you choose "Refill my existing account" do not forget to write the username you want to recharge in the "Comments / Special Instructions" text box before checkout.

Before each unlock we recommend go to the [SETTINGS] tab of your SETOOL and click on the [Information] button to see the status of the servers (for this you need an account with credits).
If in any puts DISABLED
we recommend you DO NOT try to unlock any model that uses that server, because otherwise, SETOOL credits will be deducted from your account, but the phone will be NOT unlocked.
Please note that any time a server can pass to DISABLED status. Likewise, any DISABLED server can go operational at any time. You can press the [Information] button before every UNLOCK to see the status of the different servers.
Activation of SETOOL for work with v1.xx versions or above using credits
If you have a SETOOL 3 Box and when you run versions v1.00, v1.01, v1.02, v1.10 or higher and you get the LICENSE INVALID
message, its because your box is NOT activated for use v1.xx versions or above.
To activate it, simply must have an account with 10 logs or more, and activate it using the official "Updater.exe" software that comes with all v1.xx versions.What do you gain by activating your SETOOL 3 Box?
· Unlimited rights to run and use v1.xx or higher versions.
· Rights to access to the official support for downloading flashes, languages, etc... from the SETOOL software by clicking the [GO SUPPORT] button.How much does activation cost?
· 10 credits and the activation is permanent for your Box.
Note that the activation deducts 10 credits, so if you buy 30 credits, will remain 20 credits left in your account for future use.
Important information about the Serial Number of your Box:
It is becoming increasingly common for Boxes manufacturers to require the Serial Number of your Box for create the Logs or Credits account for your Device.
To avoid delays and speed up to the maximum the delivery of your Logs or Credits, please indicate the Serial Number of your Box or Device EXACTLY using the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" FIELD when ordering.
Where is the serial number of my Box or Device?
If you bought the Box in our store, you can locate the Serial Number on a sticker that is on the outside of your Box.
You can easily identify it because is just what appears below the barcode.
If was not so, you can run the software of your Box or Device and you may see a string of characters that appear after: Serial Number:, SN:, Serial:, Device SN:, etc ... This is your Serial Number and that you must provide it filling the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" FIELD while placing your order.
Generally the Serial Number is shown in the title bar of the program, or just in any tab like "About" or in any part of the program such as "Information", "Account Information", "Box Information", "Registration Info" or "Reseller Information".
Do not confuse the serial number with the access details (username, passwords, ...) to the Official Support Area of your Box.
